Hi, we’re Maurits and Victoria! We love hosting and are excited to welcome you to our stylish guesthouse, part of our home. You’ll have your own private entrance and garden, so you can relax and enjoy complete privacy. We share our home with our calm little dog, Toby, who mostly keeps to himself. We’re always happy to share our favorite local spots, give tips, or help with anything you need to make your stay extra enjoyable.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Our guesthouse is best suited for adults, older children, and families with older kids. For families with young children, please note that we do not have baby or toddler facilities such as stair gates, cots, or high chairs.

The entrance to Guesthouse San Martin is located at Sportparklaan 25, 1744KG, Sint Maarten. You can park your car for free just around the corner on Dorpsstraat. For electric vehicles, charging stations are available about 50 meters away on the same street. To reach the front door (not the driveway), walk into the garden alongside the ivy hedge. You will see a Guesthouse San Martin sign there. The key safe is located to the left of the front door and contains the front door key. You will receive the access code in a separate message shortly before arrival. In the living room, you will find a guest guide with additional information.
