The standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings of 27 consecutive nights or fewer. All standard cancellation policies include a 24-hour free cancellation period. This means guests can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking confirmation, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before check-in (in the time zone of the booked accommodation). Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. If a guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, and after the 24-hour free cancellation period, they will receive a 50% refund including all taxes, and you will be paid 50% for all nights. If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.
